Internships

Our internships enable you to gain hands-on industry experience before you graduate, in an area related to your degree and career aspirations.

Be ready now, and for the future

Reach your full potential through a fully-supported work placement, internship or study abroad program.

The Internship is a 6 unit course designed for final year students. It gives you the opportunity to link up with an external organisation of interest, and may involve spending up to one day per week in the organisation gaining practical experience. The internship is offered in both semester 1 and 2.

The major focus of the Arts Internship is a specified project on a topic both relevant to the organisation and your studies/career aspirations. The project culminates in a research report (of approximately 7,000 words) and you will be required to deliver an overview to your supervisors and peers via an oral presentation. The organisation may then use the report in any way they see fit.
