Events: Evening Concert


Guitarissimo is an important and treasured event for Adelaide’s music lovers and guitar aficionados. Directed by Oliver FartachNaini, the classical guitar students of the Elder Conservatorium will present a stylistically diverse program of solo and chamber music ranging from the Renaissance and Baroque through to modern times.

Shades of Blue

The Adelaide Wind Orchestra conjures up George Gershwin’s bustling Brooklyn with a program of works inspired by the Jazz Age, including Joan Tower’s Fascinating Ribbons and Frank Ticheli’s Blue Shades.
