A selection of works inspired by the 1926 silent film Faust, reflecting the story of the alchemist Dr Faust, his struggle with mortality, his encounter with the demon Mephistopheles and his journey into the unknown.
With music by Debussy, Rachmaninov, Liszt and more, and arrangements by Ashley Hribar, this program is certain to delight and surprise.
