On 28 June 2021, we were joined by Dr Christian Reynolds who talked about food waste and sustainable diets in the context of climate change.
Christian discussed the links between climate change and food production and consumption. He also spoke about food waste and sustainable diets in the context of dietary and cooking habits, particularly within the UK. Christian also outlined a range of policy solutions aimed at targeting food waste and promoting the uptake of healthy sustainable diets.
