Summer and Winter Arts Courses

Summer and Winter School is a great way to accelerate your study, catch up on missed courses or spread your study load over the whole year.

Courses are taught in intensive mode over Summer (Dec - Feb) and Winter (June-July). For further information or to view courses offered by other Faculties, visit the Summer and Winter School website.

  • Intending to graduate after Summer or Winter School?

Graduation ceremonies are held in April and September each year.

If you are completing your final course(s) in Summer School, you can apply for the Summer conferral round (nominations open from late November). If your results are posted in Access Adelaide by the deadline in early March, you will be able to attend the graduation ceremony in April.

If you are completing your final course(s) in Winter School, you can apply for the Semester 1 conferral round; however it is highly unlikely that you will be able to attend the September ceremony, as Winter School results are generally not released in time for the deadline (end of July). If your results are posted in Access Adelaide before the deadline, please notify the Faculty Office ASAP. Your degree program may still be completed upon request; however you will need to re-apply for the Semester 2 conferral round, to have your degree conferred in December and attend the graduation ceremony the following April.

For further information, visit the Graduations website.
